Marketing Lancashire, the county’s Destination Management Organisation, is pleased to bring back retail guru Kate Hardcastle for a second series of FREE inspirational workshops in 2014; it’s a New Year gift for any business keen to develop their customer relations, increase sales and enhance profile.

Kate Hardcastle is passionate about business that’s well done and is a champion of good customer service, which she shares through her own businesses, workshops and as a regular commentator in the media.  Her recent appearances include BBC Breakfast, ITV Daybreak and Sky News, supporting Small Business Saturday and responding to the seasonal boom in online sales.

Focused on delivering great customer service, to achieve standout in a busy and challenging marketplace, these latest workshops will benefit a wide range of businesses from small retailer to luxury spa hotel, rural B&B to large visitor attraction.

Each workshop lasts three hours and runs from 1pm – 4pm with refreshments included.
