This was also the year that The Publican Awards presented Lancashire’s Seafood Pub Company, with the award for Best Food Offer for the second year running. The company’s flagship pub The Assheton Arms, located in the conservation village of Downham with its stunning views of Pendle Hill, had previously won their Country Dining Pub of the Year in 2014 and 2015.
