Families can head over to Gawthorpe Hall this half-term holiday for some special seasonal activities – make a spooky spoon puppet and use it for stirring the cauldron and create your own magic spell. You can also follow the pumpkin trail round the historic rooms of the hall.

These horrid Halloween activities will be on offer at Gawthorpe Hall on Wednesday 29 October from 1pm to 4pm. It costs just £2 per child to take part in the activities, drop in anytime between 1pm and 4pm.

The activities are mostly suitable for ages five and upwards, but they will try to involve younger children as well. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
