A Passion For This Year’s Hot Ice Show

7 July 2014

This year’s Hot Ice Show is set to be a passionate one!

The world famous, award-winning ice show returns to The Arena from July 3rd until September 6th with top class international skaters dazzling the senses and leaving you gasping at their jaw-dropping moves.

From the US to the UK, Canada to Estonia, the world’s best skaters are taking part in the world’s longest running ice show. Included in the impressive line up are stars from ITV’s Dancing On Ice as well as Olympic and professional skaters.

This year’s production sees the return of Hot Ice favourites Katie Stainsby, Eriq Lyons and Taras Manko plus a number of new faces including Taylor Steele, Michael Chau and Vaughn Chipeur.

Choreographed by former ice champion Oula Jaaskelainen and Commonwealth Games dance captain Lynsey Brown, the skaters will take part in the high energy show where audience members will be able to feel the cast as they whiz past them at high speed, taking on a number of sensational spins, acrobatic moves and jaw-dropping jumps.

The Hot Ice Show has been wowing audiences in Blackpool for seven decades and has been acknowledged for the best in ice skating with stylish costumes, unbelievable feathers and glittering rhinestones that set the ice alight and dazzle the senses.

“Each year we work on raising the standard of dramatic ice skating and Passion really lives up to this”.
