First look at Ribby Hall Village’s ALL-NEW Dining Experience

15 January 2015

An artist’s impression portraying the Fylde’s newest eatery ‘The Orangery’ at The SPA Hotel has now been released.

The Orangery’s exquisite interior design and décor reflects its modern and fresh approach to British cuisine.

Following on from the success of the SPA Hotel’s original dining option, ‘The Brasserie’ which holds two AA Rosettes and is recommended in the 2013/2014 Michelin Guide, The all-new Orangery takes pride of place to the front of The SPA Hotel.  Diners can look forward to relishing delicious food within a relaxed and friendly setting whilst also enjoying views of the large pond, fountain and alfresco dining options for the warmer months.

Hosting up to 60 diners at any one time, Hotel Manager Andrew Scott and his attentive front of house team are very much looking forward to opening The Orangery’s doors to the general public later this month.

Using only the very best of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, Head Chef Michael Noonan has expertly crafted new menus, which will be available seven days a week:  lunch (open 12 midday – 2pm), afternoon tea (available 3pm – 4.30pm) and evening menus (served 6pm – 9pm).  Michael and his brigade of knowledgeable chefs are raring to go in their new state-of-the–art kitchen.

As Hotel Manager Andrew Scott explains “Our aim is to provide the Fylde with a new and exciting choice of exceptionally delicious food.  In addition to our daily menus, The Orangery at The SPA Hotel will be hosting regular gastronomic themed evenings and wine tasting dinners.  We are also hoping to entice diners with a discerning palate from the local area as well as the broader Lancashire region.”

Andrew Scott continues “The Orangery is just phase one of our 2015 expansion plans here at The SPA Hotel, our next phase will include a new Bar & Lounge area – which again will be open to the general public and our Spa Hotel residents alike to experience.”

The Orangery’s first event will be held on Friday 27th February 2015, a French Wine & Dinner Evening featuring Laurent Perrier.  Guests will be served drinks and canapés on arrival and a five course taster menu will be accompanied by a carefully selected flight of wine and champagne.  Reservations are priced £75 per person.
