The Mall Blackburn Launches CollectPlus Parcel Service

22 May 2015
The Mall Blackburn has launched CollectPlus, a new ‘click and collect’ service allowing customers to collect and return online purchases seven days a week.
CollectPlus allows shoppers to collect and return their online shopping from over 260 high streets and online retail brands, including ASOS, Amazon, Very and John Lewis.
Shoppers will be able to collect or send parcels at the dedicated CollectPlus service point, which is located at the shopping centre’s customer Ask Me Point.
Loraine Jones, General Manager of The Mall Blackburn, said: “The Mall Blackburn prides itself on being at the forefront of the latest developments in the retail industry and is committed to providing its customers with the most convenient ways to shop.
“We know that our customers need flexible delivery and returns services that fit in with their everyday lives, which we are delighted to be offering with CollectPlus.”
The service has been launched at The Mall Blackburn following a successful six-month trial at The Mall Camberley, which was the UK's first community shopping centre to launch CollectPlus, in October 2014.
