If that weren’t enough, you’ll also enjoy an incredible behind-the-scenes tour of the iconic Blackpool Tower, including exclusive access to areas which are closed to the public, before discovering the peculiar depot of Blackpool’s world-famous Illuminations.

You’ll also end the evening with tickets to the Blackpool Tower Circus where the movie was filmed. Plus, with a traditional fish-and-chip supper at Harry Ramsden’s and a delicious dinner at the Beach House Bar and Bistro to enjoy during your time away, there’ll be no end of fun on this peculiar and wonderful trip! £250 spending money – and copies of all three Miss Peregrine novels – completes this peculiar prize!

To enter the competition and play the game, you need to collect one of the Blackpool Trail maps from our VisitBlackpool Tourist Information Centre located at Central Promenade, Blackpool or from The Blackpool Tower.

Cllr Gillian Campbell, Deputy Leader of Blackpool Council said, “We’re extremely proud that Tim Burton chose to shoot elements of the Miss Peregrine film here in Blackpool, it was a great coup for the resort.

“I would urge people to enter the competition to be in with a chance of winning this incredible prize in Blackpool”.

The Blackpool Trail will guide you on a tour through the town, visiting the locations where the film was originally shot, at each of the locations you’ll need to find a secret letter for you to collect.  Once you’ve found all eight letters, players will need to solve the world puzzle by rearranging the letters to spell the mystery Peregrine word.

The competition is open now and closes on 31st October 2016.
