Bethany says ‘I do’ to Stanley House’s wedding co-ordinator role

Award winning Stanley House Hotel and Spa has welcomed new addition, Bethany Entwistle, to its wedding and events team.

Bethany, who lives in Blackburn, joins the hotel’s team of experts as a wedding co-ordinator from Ribby Hall Village.

The 23-year-old completed a foundation degree in tourism and events management at Runshaw College before attaining a management in tourism degree from the University of Central Lancashire.

As the ambassador for Stanley House Hotel and Spa, Bethany attends regular networking events. She also holds the Welcome Host Gold qualification, which recognises individuals for excellence in customer care.

She said: “I relish and thrive with the creativity of my role. The most enjoyable part of my new job is building strong relationships with our Stanley House bride and grooms and guiding them through every step of their exciting journey.

“I have very close relationships with the people I work with too. We do a great deal of research to ensure our partners are the wedding industry’s finest and they help us showcase Stanley House’s wedding offering at our ever-popular wedding open days.”

Stanley House Hotel and Spa’s general manager, Philip Wharton, added: “Bethany shows great pride and passion in the work she does with the Stanley House wedding team. She takes care to build close rapport with our bride and grooms in order to give each couple the wedding they desire. She’s a welcome and refreshing addition to the Stanley House family.”

Following on from the huge success of Stanley House’s September wedding open day, the hotel will hold its next event on the January 8, 2017 from 11am to 3pm.
