Blackpool Zoo releases stunning pictures to celebrate World Lion Day!

Monday August 10th will mark World Lion Day and Blackpool Zoo is celebrating by releasing stunning new pictures of the latest addition to its pride.

The pictures, which show nine-week-old Khari in all his glory, were taken by animal and wildlife photographer Hollie Gordon.

Jude Rothwell, Marketing and PR Co-ordinator at Blackpool Zoo, said: “Khari has become an instant hit with visitors here at Blackpool Zoo and sharing these amazing pictures is the perfect way to celebrate World Lion Day.”
