Late Night Riding at Blackpool

10 July 2015

With balmy Summer evenings well and truly upon us, Blackpool Pleasure Beach is giving guests the chance to make the most of the glorious weather by opening the UK’s *number one amusement park late into the night!

On Saturday, July 18th all the rides at Blackpool Pleasure Beach will be open until 10pm for some summer fun and late night riding action.

With the park open until 10pm guests can ride into the night on the UK’s tallest rollercoaster, the Big One, check out the twists and turns of Infusion at twilight, enjoy a night race on the Grand National and ride into dusk on the Big Dipper. Whatever thrills take your fancy, Blackpool Pleasure Beach is the place to be on July 18th.

If riding thrilling rides late into the evening wasn’t enough, the FY4 area of Blackpool Pleasure Beach will turn into party central.  If you decide you have had your adrenaline fix for the day you can enjoy top DJs spinning the latest tunes plus some extra special entertainment.

Our younger riders you can meet up with SpongeBob SquarePants and all his pals at the UK’s only Nickelodeon Land with its 12 amazing rides before checking out the world’s first Wallace & Gromit ride, Thrill-O-Matic.

If you purchase a wristband for July 18th you can enjoy all the fun Blackpool Pleasure Beach has to offer, from 10am right through to 10pm.  If you just want to enjoy an evening at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, wristbands for the night riding are on sale for £18 when booked online in advance at www.blackpoolpleasurebeach.com or £20 on the gate. These are valid from 4pm.

Managing Director of Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Amanda Thompson OBE, said: “There is nothing like the atmosphere of Blackpool Pleasure Beach on a warm summer evening, the whole attraction takes on a different feel and we are very excited about opening until 10pm on July 18th.
