Lancashire Destination Welcome Training – Blackburn Rovers

Marketing Lancashire is working with Learn Direct and People First to deliver a brand new destination welcome training programme for Lancashire.

This exciting new, interactive workshop is aimed at customer facing tourism and hospitality staff and sets out to:

• Develop a strong, welcoming voice for visitors and customers.
• Enable staff to promote the county of Lancashire with pride, in a knowledgeable, positive, enthusiastic and professional manner.
• Enable staff to understand what attracts visitors to Lancashire
• Reinforce the essential skills and knowledge needed to welcome visitors to Lancashire and leave them with positive, happy and memorable experiences that will make customers come back again and again!

Delegate charges are free for courses held in March 2019.
