Lancashire Tourism Awards 2017

The annual awards, celebrate excellence across a wide range of visitor economy businesses, reveal the brightest and best stars working in Lancashire tourism today, with many of the county’s winners then going on to represent Lancashire at the national VisitEngland Awards for Excellence 2018.

These awards celebrate the success of businesses, individuals and partnerships across Lancashire. It’s an evening that sees nominees, sponsors, guests and colleagues recognising this valuable sector. Together, we champion the importance of the £3.8 billion visitor economy which attracts 64 million visitors to Lancashire each year and supports over 56,000 jobs. A thriving Lancashire tourism sector contributes to the economy, to employment, to the culture, the quality of life and the prosperity of Lancashire. The Lancashire Tourism Awards reminds us of the diversity that the county has and how privileged we are to have such amazing experiences to offer visitors.
