Culinary Alchemist Daniel Coletta owner of the renowned Chocolat By Daniel Coletta brand launches ‘Salon De Glace’ on 16th June 2016 at 12pm Bringing the tastes and flavours of continental Ice Cream to the Chocolat Emporium situated on picturesque Town Hall Street, Blackburn.

Daniel has a reputation for quality and excellence, combining flavours to create unique gastronomic experiences that are original, experimental sometimes daring yet always delicious and perfectly balanced.

He is the only chocolatier in the north west that works in truly an artisan way, making all his creations completely by hand, using only the finest fresh ingredients. No concentrates, or preservatives are used in any of his products.

With flavours such as his signature Salted Caramel, Sicilian Lemon Cheesecake, Gingerbread, Apple Pie and cheddar, Authentic Italian Tutti Frutti, Classic Vanilla like you’ve never imagined and ‘Empress’, Daniel’s Decadently Delicious Triple Chocolate Ripple ice cream, there’s something to suit all ages.
