Across the country, people were tasked to “plant a tree for the Jubilee” in honour of the Queen’s phenomenal 70 years on the throne. Partington’s Holiday Parks are delighted to share that throughout the Jubilee celebrations customers helped plant a total of 150 trees across their 5 fun-filled Holiday Parks.

The ceremony not only marked the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, but those involved are now able to watch their tree grow on Park for years and years to come! One happy customer shared that, “the kids loved it and will spend years watching them grow!” while others commented on how it was a privilege to take part in such a sentimental moment, emphasising that it was the highlight of their stay.

Partington’s are continually striving to improve sustainability across their Holiday Parks and they hope that by planting a further 335 trees across their 5 sites, it will contribute to supporting the local wildlife in the already stunning surroundings.

It is a proven fact that trees help combat climate change, enhance our mood, reduces stress, generally improve our mental well-being and encourage a stronger sense of community. With that in mind, in order to create the ideal home away from home for their customers, Partington’s strive to create a serine surrounding for their guests. They pledge to continue planting trees across their Holiday Parks and look forward to including their customers on their journey to a greener, cleaner future.
