This special Taste Lancashire event aims to inspire new partnerships and commercial opportunities between Lancashire producers, chefs, restaurateurs, buyers, retailers and tourism businesses. Helping build Lancashire’s reputation as a world-class, authentic food and drink destination.

It’s not always easy finding authentic Lancashire produce so we thought we’d lend a hand and have brought together around 30 Lancashire producers who want to meet you, share their stories and offer samples of their tastiest produce.

With a larder of exceptional local produce, warm hospitality and great cooking, Lancashire’s best places to eat also enjoy a backdrop of some of Britain’s most beautiful rural spots. The Good Food Guide

Reconnect with familiar faces and Lancashire favourite brands keen to introduce you to new products, meet new producers as well as 2026 Great Taste Award winners and those looking for opportunities to collaborate; the Taste Lancashire Producers Showcase will have exceptional patisserie, locally crafted beers and spirits, perfect pies, dairy, fresh produce and so much more.

Event Programme

9.30am – 11.00am EXCLUSIVE viewing & tastings for chefs, buyers and retailers

A dedicated session for specially invited Lancashire chefs, buyers and retailers.  A chance for our producers to  meet the people with influence, who cook, prepare and present their produce to a much wider audience and help build the county’s reputation for exceptional food and drink. 

11.15am – 11.45am Producer-Only Session

A chance for our producers to take break and meet Lancashire’s foremost quality supermarket and champion of local produce, BOOTHs. A chance to ask burning questions on taking produce from kitchen to shop counter and gain insights that will help grow their food business.

12.00pm – 2.00pm Producers’ Marketplace – Open to all hospitality/tourism businesses

Open to all hospitality businesses, partners and industry professionals from Lancashire and beyond. A chance to meet and develop new partnerships, enjoy tastings and gain greater awareness of Lancashire produce.

2.00pm Marketplace Closes
