An invitation from Lanx to the inspiring, creative and future-thinking

The team at Lanx, creators of ‘proper shoes’ based in Lancashire, never underestimate the power of style, collaboration and great footwear – and are always, like their footwear, moving forward.

Which is why, this August, they’re inviting inspirational creators, inventors, designers, makers, distillers and thinkers to join them at their Lancashire HQ. The aim being to bring together some of the most forward-thinking minds from the region , together under one roof, with the opportunity to share ideas, meet new customers and sell amazing products.

The event will run over 3 daysDay 1 | Fri 5 Aug | An evening with Joe Foster, the founder of ReebokJoe Foster is a born and bred Lancastrian shoemaker who dared to believe he could conquer the world of running shoes. For a while, Reebok was bigger than Nike and Adidas – a testament to Joe’s passion and enthusiasm. To keep a cap on numbers this will be a ticketed (only £5) event and all ticket proceeds will go to Alder Hey Children’s charity. Event to run 5.30pm-7:30pm.Day 2 & 3 | Sat 6 + Sun 7 Aug | Pop-Up ShopPop-up shop featuring a selection of  inspirational brands from the north west region. Did you know that most Lanx shoes have a traditional Lancashire rose embossed on the front of the shoe and on the sole a rare British White bull which, according to legend, could be found in Whalley,  the location of Lanx HQ today.
