Businesses looking to improve their green credentials can explore their wild side surrounded by nature at Brockholes nature reserve.
The Business and Biodiversity, on Wednesday, September 30th, will allow business leaders to look deeply into sustainability reporting, nature-related risk and practical business resilience.
The morning event will share insights into the upcoming UK Sustainability Reporting Standards and discuss the financial risks posed by climate change and nature decline.
Business Support Manager Helen Robertshaw said: “We know a lot of businesses are keen on supporting nature, it helps them achieve biodiversity and carbon targets. And it is really popular with employees who are working or keen to work within green companies.”
Early arrivals get a private tour of the wildlife at the reserve just off the M6 at Preston.
