Culinary creationists wanted to build a brilliant burger

The Viva team are on the hunt for culinary creationists to design a burger for the new Viva Vegas Diner menu.
 
Not only will the winning burger feature on the new menu but the person who creates it will receive a season pass to Viva giving them free tickets to selection of shows throughout the year.
 
Competition entries must include all the ingredients that will be included in the burger, a name and a brief description which reflects Vegas, entertainment and the American diner experience.

Leye D Johns, entertainment director at Viva Blackpool, said: “The Viva Vegas Diner is going to have a delicious and high quality menu that fits our unique theme perfectly and this is your chance to be part of it.
 
“What could be better than seeing your culinary creation appear on our new menu and, better still, get yourself a season pass to Viva so you can join us for our fabulous shows free of charge.”
 
The new diner will be a unique dining and entertainment experience so competition entrants are encouraged to use all their creativity to make their burger the perfect addition to the menu.
 
Opening May 2017 in the former Harry Ramsden’s building on the promenade the diner will be the first venue of its kind in Blackpool, adding the already thriving Viva Blackpool business.
 
The new venue, along with staff development and further enhancements to the existing Viva suites, represents a £1.2m investment and will create 25 additional high quality career opportunities all paying the living wage.
