Ribby Hall Village has once again retained its prestigious Five Star Holiday Village status following its latest VisitEngland assessment, achieving an outstanding 93% quality score.  The award-winning Lancashire destination, located in Wrea Green, was recognised for its consistently high standards across accommodation, facilities, dining and guest experience, alongside continued investment designed to enhance comfort, relaxation and the overall guest experience.

The VisitEngland report praised the Village’s welcoming atmosphere, beautifully maintained grounds, and continued investment across the guest experience, including upgrades to accommodation, improvements to pathways and lighting, and enhancements across leisure and wellbeing facilities.

The Village offers a range of self-catering accommodation including cottages, pine lodges with outdoor hot tubs and larger signature properties, alongside facilities including the award-winning Spa Hotel, The Health Club, eateries, family activities and entertainment venues.

The assessment also highlighted the warmth and professionalism of staff, the high standards of cleanliness across the Village and the consistently welcoming environment that continues to encourage guests to return year after year.

PR & Brand Manager, Hayley Thompson said: “To retain our VisitEngland Five Star status once again is something we are incredibly proud of. It reflects the hard work, care and commitment shown by every single team member across the Village each day, alongside the overall experience guests have when they stay with us, spending quality time together, switching off from everyday life and creating lasting memories with the people around them.”
