Ribby Hall Village unveils its latest luxury property

17 April 2019

In the year that it celebrates its 25th anniversary, Ribby Hall Village is expanding its property portfolio, with the purchase of a Farm House on the western boundary of the existing 100-acre Holiday Village.

The Village is now taking bookings for the new property and is offering a special introductory price for guests staying in the first four weeks, from 19th April to 10th May.

To be known simply as The Farm House, the property on Browns Lane comes with six acres of land.  The Farm House is to be fully renovated by Ribby Hall Village’s own and dedicated building, maintenance, and also decorating teams to become one of its most exclusive holiday-let properties.

Set within its own grounds and with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside, The Farm House will sleep up to twelve people. Following its full refurbishment, it will offer luxury accommodation to include a farmhouse kitchen with Aga and conventional oven and hob, exquisitely designed bedrooms and living spaces, and a cinema room. The private gardens will be landscaped and will include a summer house, a barbecue, dining furniture, loungers and, from the end of May, a hot tub.

Set within its own private grounds, the location of The Farm House offers maximum privacy for guests wishing to get away from it all, whilst a new pathway will provide easy access to Ribby Hall Village itself and all its five-star amenities.

Senior Manager for Accommodation, Carole Pilling says: “Our larger properties are extremely popular, and we often have waiting lists of guests wanting to book them, so we are delighted to be able to add to our portfolio in this way.

“Our plans for The Farm House are very exciting and the whole team is looking forward to creating a beautiful property, which we expect to be much sought after.”

The Village has already taken bookings for The Farm House, despite the renovations having only just begun. The transformation is scheduled to be completed by Easter 2019 to enable the first guests to arrive.

Paul Harrison, Ribby Hall Village’s Chief Executive says “We’ve been developing and improving The Village ever since my family first acquired the land some 25 years ago. This is the next step on the journey, but it certainly won’t be the last one,”

Introductory prices for The Farm House start from £1,364, based on a four-night, midweek break arriving on Monday 29th April or Monday 6th May. Anyone wishing to take advantage of these opening offers should contact the holiday sales team on 0800 085 1717.
