- Marketing Lancashire AccessAble Workshop
Marketing Lancashire is committed to making Lancashire accessible for all sorts of different visitors and residents, whatever their background or personal circumstances, and to unlocking more of the £274 billion spending from disabled people and their families. We are working with VisitEngland and AccessAble to support tourism businesses to provide detailed descriptions of their venue accessibility for visitors.
Businesses can use the new Lancashire Your Accessibility Guide portal to get a quote and book either a guided or on site assessment of your venue, where a professional access surveyor will create a quality-assured Detailed Access Guide.
From as little as £1.00 + VAT.
All guides will be published and searchable on AccessAble’s website, used by around six million people a year.
The funding for the discounts is limited, so don’t hesitate and go to the Lancashire Accessibility Guide Portal for your quote.
Click here to watch a recording of the workshop which includes some enlightening facts and figures regarding the Purple Pound, and how Marketing Lancashire is working with AccessAble and VisitEngland to encourage Lancashire businesses, to take advantage of the discounts available for the creation of essential Access Guides for tourism businesses across the county.
