Partington’s join the Institute of Customer Service

We are delighted to announce that Partington’s Holiday Parks have now joined the Institute of Customer Service.

The Institute of Customer Service is an independent not for profit professional membership body, with over 400 organisational members. Its purpose is to help organisations strengthen their business performance by focusing on raising the standards of the service delivery, which we hope will help us improve our customers’ overall experience. The Institute provides tools and services to support continuous customer service improvement, in addition to a framework for members like ourselves to share and learn from each other’s experiences.

Partington’s have signed up to a 3-year membership as we are whole-heartedly committed to ensuring our guests receive the best possible Partington’s experience while on our Holiday Parks.

We are constantly striving to deliver the best service to our loyal customers and hope that by joining the Institute of Customer Service we can provide a seamless customer journey; from the moment our customers step on Park.
